Condemned: Pet Movers

AVA has reportedly received 7 complaints in 4 months this year about puppies dying within days or falling very ill after being purchased at Pet Movers, a pet farm situated along Pasir Ris Farmway.

I feel very enraged whenever I read about pet shops or pet farms selling sick animals to their customers. Even if their customers are greenhorns, they should not exploit them in such a manner. Where's their business ethics?

I totally emphatize with these buyers. Imagine ourselves in their shoes - spending thousand of dollars to buy a pet after being assured that it's healthy, only to have it fall dead days later. How would we feel?

I hope a swift curse descends on all unethical salespeople / businessmen who intentionally sell sick pets to their customers. They are beasts in their own rights, no better than the animals they breed. May these bastards fail in every aspect of their business endeavours and may they suffer and fall like the very animals they have inflicted damage upon.

Please, do not ever patronise Pet Movers or other unethical pet shops / pet farms which sell sick pets to their customers. Not only will you be wasting your money, you will also be endangering the lives of the very pets you buy because you are unaware that they require medical attention.

A Long Time Since Then

Wow I realized it has been such a long time since I last blogged.

Busy or lazy?

Well, pretty much both.

I haven't had a break from work until today! I had to work overtime last weekend directly following the night tour, so that's about at least 40 consecutive hours without sleep.

Happy to go for the night tour and catch up with peeps. Thought we had a lot of fun though we were very tired in the end. My group ended writing nonsensical answers for the treasure hunt because we couldn't get them correct.

Also had to stay over to help out at my workplace yesterday due to them having some school holidays overnight programme.

Then during leisure time, there's always the newly released game Heroes V to keep me busy. As well as the World Cup matches.

So that sums up my long week. And my inexcusable excuses for not blogging.

Snowy lying lazily on my sis

Well yeah, cute. A 4 month old cutey.

But her defecating everywhere is not cute at all!! At least she knows how to go to the toilet sometimes now, but that's just sometimes. And we also have to wash the toilet often otherwise it will start to smell as if it hasn't been washed for years.

Indeed, having a pet can be quite tedious. It's just like having children.

But does that make Snowy un-cute? Well I don't think so.

I choose to look at the bright side of things, and be thankful for her good characteristics. At least she doesn't drool like some other dogs do. At least she doesn't bark as much as some other dogs do. At least she isn't picky about her food.

I totally enjoy her company. And I won't give her up just because it's tedious, no matter what people may say.

Because she's my little darling.
